AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing our website or participating in our activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

Booking

• All reservations are subject to availability
• Bookings are processed through our individual brand websites (Royal Gorge Rafting, Royal Gorge Zipline Tours, Royal Gorge Vacation Rentals)
• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking
• Full payment is due before or on the day of the activity
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours: No refund
• Weather-related cancellations by us: Full refund or reschedule

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Age and Health Requirements

Each activity has specific age, weight, and health requirements. Participants must:

• Meet minimum age requirements for each activity
• Be in good physical health
• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
• Have minors supervised by a parent or guardian

Waivers

All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any activity. Parents or guardians must sign on behalf of minors.

SAFETY AND CONDUCT

Participants must:

• Follow all instructions from our guides and staff
• Use all safety equipment as directed
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during activities
• Treat staff, other guests, and equipment with respect
• Not engage in reckless or dangerous behavior

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these rules without refund.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Adventure activities including whitewater rafting, ziplining, and helicopter tours involve inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and in rare cases, death. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Gorge Epic Adventures and its family of brands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.

WEATHER AND CONDITIONS

Activities are weather-dependent and subject to river conditions, wind conditions, and visibility. We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel activities due to conditions that may affect safety. In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or full refund.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

We may take photographs or videos during activities for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in marketing materials unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Royal Gorge Epic Adventures and is protected by copyright laws.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in Fremont County, Colorado.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
